YOU ARE SUCCESSFUL
You know how to take tests, obtain certifications and degrees.
Now allow ELI to empower you to lead.
Programs
ELI is comprised of three core divisions:
-
The Leadership Division guides a group of adult women to further develop core competencies through a holistic approach to build a professional portfolio. This division also trains entrepreneurs and small business owners to expand their businesses and enhance their brands.
-
The Young 100 Division prepares collegiate women to appropriately manage interpersonal and professional experiences by developing social and critical skills.
-
The Young Leaders Division equips teen girls with essential life skills that encourage positive social, intellectual, and emotional development within middle and high school girls; and facilitates a positive transition to adulthood.

Thank you for sharing your knowledge. Really enjoyed the class and looking forward to applying everything I learned.
I loved that there were post-college, career women in various age ranges. I'm excited to meet my partner (great idea) and look forward to connecting with her.

It was a great first session. It was relevant to my life as it pertains to me now and I know it will help with future endeavors.
I feel very honored to be surrounded by so many amazing women that all have accomplished so much and it made me really know my worth in business.

This session was such an eye-opener! I truly appreciated being able to open up and be honest about my own personal experiences.

I really enjoyed this class. I wasn't expecting to learn how to begin working to become a champion for someone else. (I think sometimes the best way to move past feeling like you can't do for yourself is finding a way to do something for someone else.)

It was a pleasure learning today. Thank you for pouring into me! It felt good to share ... I have never spoke openly about my life challenges because of fear of judgement.
