Programs

 

ELI is comprised of three core divisions:

  • The Leadership Division guides a group of adult women to further develop core competencies through a holistic approach to build a professional portfolio. This division also trains entrepreneurs and small business owners to expand their businesses and enhance their brands.

  • The Young 100 Division prepares collegiate women to appropriately manage interpersonal and professional experiences by developing social and critical skills. 

  • The Young Leaders Division equips teen girls with essential life skills that encourage positive social, intellectual, and emotional development within middle and high school girls; and facilitates a positive transition to adulthood.
